Hyundai Veloster Rawrs Before Debut

Just days after we caught spy photos of the next generation Veloster Turbo on the streets of Los Angeles, Hyundai has published a Korean market video showing it off on the track in camouflage.

[ads id=”0″ style=”float:left;padding:6px;”]This video emphasizes that the new Veloster has been designed to add a level of performance to the platform that was sadly missing in the first generation. You can see a much greater level of detail on the design than the spy photos have shown us before. LED headlights, an aggressive rear diffuser which retains the centrally mounted dual exhausts, new curved creases over each of the wheel arches, a single rear window, and a very clear look at the passenger side of the car.

Additionally, Hyundai has emphasized the high performance exhaust note of the Veloster Turbo, which hopefully will make it to production the way it sounds in the video.

Note that this isn’t the Veloster N, which we already know will have the secondary stacked spoiler and exhausts on the outboard sides of the rear bumper, along with a front grille that continues all the way down to the bottom of the front bumper and unique wheels. It’s still unknown if the N will even be offered in North American markets.
