We been seeing lots of pictures of the i30, also know as Elantra GT, on the wild but this time we caught it without the heavy camouflage.

[ads id=”0″ style=”float:left;padding:9px;”]We have found lots of pictures of the i30 in the past buy all of them had some heavy camouflage disguising some of the cue lines but now thanks to Stefan we get some sort naked pictures.

This i30 was caught at the Alps hauling a small trailer, more than likely testing the powertrain in this model. We don’t have details of which powertrain this particular model has but we also notice it’s a single exhaust so it might still be the 2.0 N/A.

Now the front has a new face and we showed this before but now we can see it clearly without the heavy camouflage. We have a new bumper design with a much smaller from grill, still has the same design but in a much smaller propotions though the emblem has gotten a lot bigger than before.
The headlights has also received an update and they also have shrink in size compare to the previous generation but now we see 2 projectors next to the high beam shroud. Also the fog light has a complete new design and look, combining the DRL at the right side and the fog light on the bottom.

[ads id=”0″ style=”float:left;padding:9px;”]It seems that now the rear passengers might have more headroom than the previous generations as there is a change on the window size and roof line.

The new generation of the i30/Elantra GT is expected to be launched by 2017, stay tuned for more details!
