When we review the New Genesis, we mention Hyundai was the first automaker bringing Android to their AVN system, making things easier for their owner to interact with the Genesis.
[ads id=”0″ style=”float:left;padding:9px;”]Based on Hyundai design principles, they are now bringing Apple CarPlay to the brand new 2015 Hyundai Sonata. Now all iPhone users with the models 5s, 5c and 5 running the latest version of iOS 7 will be able to experience features such as the ability to make calls, use Maps, listen to music and access messages as well as Siri functions thanks to a button on the steering wheel.
Hyundai is now joining the steps of luxury car manufactures such as Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar and Ferrari making the system available among all car owners who can’t afford those luxurious brands.
I feel the same way, even tho I don’t own an apple product. Its a step on the right direction.
what about the existing models of Hyundai? like the ix35 and i30 that are out with new models in 2014?
well maybe Hyundai update the currents trims with a new navi system including this, but unfortunately, if you have the car, I think you will need to change it (the navi system)
