Yes, new Optima and new Sonata are both too handsome to be compared to a boxier junk called Camry.
Jimbo the comparisons you cite are subtle differences that will hardly register to consumers interested in either vehicle. However, outside of the similarities you highlighted, each car is set apart by its own distinctive design.
But I need to agree Jimbo in the part that the american Optima and the Camry are very close if you look to the front. Anyway, the pictures of the korean version made me to change this opinion.
You do know that Kia did that "kinked" headlight on the previous Forte.
Very nice front with headlights and bonnet. I dont think that KIA loses its identity. I do think that KIA has finally found its identity. And im happy about it.
OK so wow... It really does look like a Camry from the front which is hugely disappointing. Wow I just don't get it... After the 2013 release from an exterior stand point has been miss with little things that I don't know how they let get off the digital floor... From the ridiculous looking turbo badge on the 2014-15 SXL to the generic DRLs in those same releases.
Toyota is not junk. Boring, yes. But not junk. The comparison made with Camry completely just and appropriate. See the photo I added below.
Yes OK but on every new age japanese car you can find rust after short used time. And as for technical points the japanese arent that reliable as they did in former times. And they were always ugly in my opinion.
Internet 101: if you expect to have a mature conversation with others, don't type in all caps and call them names.
The "kinked" headlight has been around for a long time.
