Genesis will be launching a new luxury pure electric SUV on the market from 2026 with the introduction of the GV90. This new flagship of the Genesis brand is based on the new electric eM platform with 800-volt technology and bears the internal codename JG1.
With the Neolun Concept, Genesis has already given a glimpse into the future and announced this model. The first production-ready prototypes are now on the road and were photographed in Europe near the Arctic Circle during winter testing. The GV90 was spied by Baldauf in the Arctic Circle, capturing crucial details of its design and capabilities. Unlike the concept, the production version features normal doors and a B-pillar, as opposed to the concept’s counter-hinged doors and lack of a B-pillar.
