Dank der Seite Autotimes.co.kr können wir neue Erlkönigfotos des zukünftigen 2013 Kia cee'd Fünftürers sehen, der in Südkorea gesichtet wurde. Der neue K3 (so wird er in Korea genannt) trägt den Familien-Kühlergrill und teilt sich die Plattform mit dem ebenfalls neuen Hyundai i30.
Der cee'd II wird mit einer neuen, großzügigen Palette an GDi - und CRDi -Dieselmotoren erhältlich sein, die sowohl mit manuellen als auch automatischen Sechsganggetrieben verbunden werden (vielleicht auch mit einem Doppelkupplungs-Sechsgang-Automatikgetriebe). In Zukunft plant Kia eine Hot-Hatch-Version, so Autocar.

if it occurs as the new rio, this future cee'd/k3 be sold in Korea, Europe and USA, not like now, in Europe sold cee'd, and America/Asia sold Forte/Cerato.
