When I was told the 2015 Kia Soul EV was going to be my next car to drive for a week I was excited because its my first full Electric Vehicle but at the same time I was a little bit worried because that meant I had to control the miles I drive plus a place where to charge the car because I dont live at a house anymore and was told we can’t use extension cords to charge it.
The South Korean carmaker announced that it released a 2016 Kia Soul which is a diesel model mounted with a seven-speed DCT (double-clutch transmission).(more…)
When Kia launched the Soul at the 2008 Paris Motor Show, nobody expected that level of success. In its first complete year in the US-market (2010), the first generation Soul sold 67,000 units, followed by 102,000 in 2011 and 116,000 in 2012. Kia Motors America (KMA) today announced pricing for the all-electric version of its hugely popular urban passenger vehicle, the Kia Soul. Offered in two trims, Base and + (Plus), the 2015 Soul EV MSRP will be $33,700 (not including federal tax rebate of $7,500) for the Base and $35,700 for the Plus (not including federal tax rebate of $7,500).
