Hyundai Motor America has confirmed that will unveil the US-production version of it’s convention-shattering Hyundai KONA crossover at the Los Angeles Auto Show.
The South Korean carmaker has not revealed more details about the U.S.-spec model, but looking to the other markets where is available, probably will share two four-cylinder gasoline engines, available with front- and all-wheel drive configurations.
The first option will be the naturally aspirated 2.0-liter unit delivering 147 horsepower and matted to a 6-speed automatic transmission. The other option will be the 1.6-liter Turbo GDi engine with 175 hp, matted to a 7-speed dual clutch automatic transmission.
