오늘 우리는 독일 베를린에서 열린 2016 현대 투싼 출시 행사를 취재하고 있다. 현장에서 직접 첫 사진과 세부 정보를 공개한다.
2009년 프랑크푸르트 모터쇼에서 처음 선보인 이후, 2세대 현대 투싼(유럽 시장에서는 ix35로도 불림)은 현대의 대히트 모델이었다. 현대로서는 ix35의 디자인을 지루하지 않게 개선하는 것이 매우 어려운 과제였다.
출시 행사에서 직접 본 소감은 현대가 성공했다는 것이다. 이 차는 그 어느 때보다 멋져 보이며, 대담하고 프리미엄한 디자인과 커다란 육각형 프론트 그릴을 갖췄다. 인테리어는 최신 현대 모델들의 혼합으로, 센터 콘솔은 싼타페에서 영감을 받았고, 속도계와 스티어링 휠은 쏘나타에서 직접 가져왔다. LED 테일라이트는 i20에서 보았고 엘란트라에서도 볼 수 있는 방식이다.
엔진 라인업에서 놀라운 점은 180마력을 내는 1.6 T-GDi와 7단 듀얼 클러치 변속기의 포함이다. 디젤 쪽에서는 개선된 1.7 CRDi 116마력이 유럽 시장에서 가장 인기를 끌 것으로 보인다. 2.0 디젤은 136마력과 190마력 두 가지로 디젤 라인업을 완성한다. 가솔린 라인업은 현재 ix35와 같은 NA 1.6 감마 GDi로 보완된다. 현재로서는 132마력을 내는 1.2 T-GDi와 같은 소형 터보 엔진에 대한 소식은 없다.

What are you guys talking about? It's not trying to compete with the likes of an X3 or a Q5, it's class competitive. The Mazda CX-5, Rav4, CRV, need I go on all have manual handbrakes. Is it really that difficult to pull a lever?
Looking good. The only thing is, haven't we already seen the upper portion of the center console in the last generation Genesis sedan?
I think Peter Schreyer likes that upper portion form the previous Genesis sedan.
Anyway, there is no point at all in saving 30€ installing a manual handbrake instead of an electric one. Guys, we're in 2015... and it makes absolutely no sense.
by the way, Nissan Qashqai does have electric handbrake... and while it's not a premium car, it's been sales leader in its segment.
Guys from Hyundai was also surprised by this decision, anyway, they told me that two show cars were pre-production sent form South Korea in this form
