오늘 기아 KX3 양산형의 첫 공식 사진이 중국에서 포착됐다. 이 차는 한 달 전 2014 광저우 모터쇼에서 공개된 기아의 중국 전용 소형 터보차저 SUV다.
2015년 중 데뷔할 예정이며, 코드명 KC 외에 자세한 정보는 아직 공개되지 않았다. KX3는 현대 ix25와 동일한 휠베이스(2,570mm)를 가진다.
이 기아 소형 SUV는 형제차와 동일한 엔진을 사용하지만, 출시 시점부터 1.6 터보 GDi 엔진(201마력)이 제공된다는 점이 다르다. 선택 사항으로 이 엔진은 최신 7단 DCT와 조합될 수 있다.
또한 가까운 시일 내에 U2 엔진 패밀리의 1.4 CRDi(90마력) 및 1.6 CRDi(110마력) 디젤 엔진 라인업이 추가될 가능성도 있다.
사진을 살펴보면, 이 차는 스포티지를 축소한 듯한 디자인으로, 동일한 스타일의 테일램프와 펜더를 사용한다. 이 차는 출시 시점에 중국에서만 판매될 예정이다. 더 자세한 소식은 계속 전해드리겠다!

Well, luckily this car is only created by Donfeng Yueda-Kia, brand's chinese joint venture, so this car will be available only in China. For european and US-markets, Kia is developing another small-SUV, plus a dedicated small and Hybrid SUV
It won't sell over here. Ford made the same mistake with Eco Sport. Made for India and South America in mind, they thought they could easily sell it in Europe. HUGE mistake. K4 is selling OK in China. So I wouldn't be surprised if KX3 became popular.
