After the launch of the Hybrid variant, Hyundai Motor will do the world premier of the first-time ever Grandeur CRDi diesel version at the 2014 Busan International Motor Show in later May.

[ads id=”0″ style=”float:left;padding:9px;”]The new Grandeur will hit the market in the second half of this year. The Grandeur CRDi will use Hyundai’s all-aluminum diesel 2.2-liter from the R-Engine family, delivering 200 hp.

This new variant will help the Grandeur to fight with import brands premium mid-size sedans, that it be available with diesel engines at launch.

As you told few days ago, Hyundai will also display a new premium model under the project name “AG” that is bigger than the Grandeur and smaller than the Genesis while offering high fuel efficiency to better compete with imported rivals. You can read more about that clicking here!
