Hyundai Debuts HB20 R-Spec Concept Sporty Hatch at Sao Paulo Motor Show

During the 2014 Sao Paulo Motor Show, Hyundai showcased a sporty version under R-spec badge of its locally made HB20 supermini.

[ads id=”0″ style=”float:left;padding:9px;”]This hot hatch is featured with Hyundai’s new corporate hexagonal grille and painted in matte-blue colour plus an aero kit that includes more aggressive bumpers, side skirts, twin pipes,a carbon fiber roof spoiler and R-spec logos.

The wheels grow with a bigger 17-inch alloy wheels and red Brembo calipers. In the rear part Hyundai included new designed LED taillights.

To this Brazilian-only HB20 based sporty version, Hyundai guys upgraded the interior with Alcantara sport seats, a flat bottom steering wheel and gloss black trim on the dashboard.

At Sao Paulo, Hyundai not talked about mechanical specifications, but if the brand decided to make production version, it would get some performance upgrades over the regular model.
