Double race for Kia Racing Team and is seeking for victory again

The Kia racing team is getting ready for round 5 and 6 this weekend on the GTS class at Detroit, Michigan and round 5 and 6 on the TC-A class at Millville, New Jersey

Both drivers Nic Jonsson and Mark Wilkins had their Practice run 1 and 2 this friday at 8:50 am and 12:20 pm.

Mark Wilkins had some good runs on Practice 1 doing 12 laps with his best lap at 01:42.272. Couple hours later on Practice 2 running 13 laps Mark improved his best lap with 01:40.955.

Nic Jönsson had some difficulties on Practice 1 so he didnt run but for his Practice 2 he did an amazing job running 12 laps and obtaining his best lap at 01:40.584.

Tomorrow early on the morning we will have round 5 Qualifying which starts at 7am having Nic Jönsson on first at the grid and Mark Wilkins on 3rd. Round 5 race will begin at 10:05 am andround 6 will start at 11:00am on Sunday.

Also in New Jersey Motorsports Park we have the second Kia Racing team with the Kia Koups on TC-A class. Drivers Jason Wolfe and Russell Smith will have a very busy Saturday, beginning with Practice 1 run at 8:30 am and Practice 2 at 10:55 am. On the same day Qualifying will begin at 3:50 pm and Round 5 will start at 6:10pm. The Koups will finish their weekend race with round 6 on Sunday at 10:20 am.

Remember drivers Mark Wilkins and Nic Jönsson are 1st and 2nd on the GTS class, and Jason Wolfe 1st position on the TC-A class. Also Kia still holds the first position on manufacture performance on both class.

We wish all the Kia Racing team good luck on tomorrow races and are confident they will repeat podium once again.
