Recently, Hyundai has released the 2019 Elantra who has suffered a facelift that is not to everyone’s taste. The refreshed model has changed from a sporty design to a more elegant one, and fans are worried about what are going to happen with the Sport version.

Thanks to Kksstudio we have seen a preview of how the new Elantra Sport will look and finally will not be as aggresive as its predecessor. Based on the elegant design of the facelift model, the Sport variant will have new front & rear bumpers, alloy wheels and a D-cut steering wheel probably followed by colour stitches inside the car.

On the first official picture we found a completely redesigned front grille also wearing a new black finished treatment and two new chromed inserts that came from the headlights to the logo.

New alloy wheels, dual exhaust pipe and side skirts were added to focus on sportiness. Also in the back, despite Hyundai is using the same bumper design, has painted again in black the space reserved for the plate.

The Elantra Sport combinates sporty driving and performance thanks to the inclusion of a 1.6 Turbo GDI engine delivering 201 hp. The new Sport model will debut before the end of the year, with the mentioned engine and the availability of a 7-speed Dual Clutch Transmission.
