Based on long history of developing and manufacturing complete chassis modules, Hyundai MOBIS announced that they finished the development of “eCCPM“, acronym of ‘Electric Complete Chassis platform’ for PBVs (Purpose-based vehicles).
MOBIS introduces the ‘e-CCPM (Electric Complete Chassis Platform Module)’, a chassis module battery-integrated platform for electric vehicles that can be applied for future Hyundai PBV (Purpose Built Vehicle, purpose-based mobility).
The platform e-CCPM can be used by various vehicle types as an integrated frame, that is the basis of automobiles and of course electric vehicles, without developing a separate platform for each vehicle type.
For future mobility, PBV that will be changed for various purposes thanks to the ‘e-CCPM’, an all-in-one platform for chassis module batteries for dedicated electric vehicles, different than with E-GMP.
