Kia has announced the development of a high-performance model, the ‘EV3 GT,’ to be equipped with dual motors during reveal event held today in South Korea.

Kia’s domestic product manager, Ha-Jun Seo, responded to inquiries about the EV3 GT’s release plans, stating, “We are preparing a high-performance model for the EV3,” and hinted that the launch might occur in the latter half of next year. While specific details are yet to be disclosed, the EV3 GT will distinguish itself from the standard model, which features a front-only motor, by incorporating electric motors on both the front and rear, resulting in an all-wheel-drive system.
