Hyundai has announced on the 27th that it has opened an N brand-specialized fast-charging station for electric vehicles in Inje Speedium, South Korea.
The N-specialized fast-charging station can simultaneously charge up to 10 electric cars at speeds of up to 200 kW. Owners of the IONIQ 5 N can benefit from free usage of the N-specialized charging station until 2028, facilitated through a dedicated charging card.
While primarily aimed at IONIQ 5 N owners, the charging station is also accessible to other electric vehicle owners. Hyundai electric vehicle owners will receive a 25% discount on charging fees, while owners of electric cars from other brands can utilize the charging stations through the EVSIS app.
A Hyundai representative stated, “Starting with the N brand-specialized fast-charging station, we will continue investing in and advancing the high-performance electrification ecosystem to ensure that customers can experience the joy of driving in a safe and convenient manner.”
Additionally, on the same day, Hyundai organized an ‘Owners’ Day’ event targeting IONIQ 5 N owners, offering driving education programs specifically tailored for consumers new to high-performance electric vehicles.
