According to this pictures taken near Hyundai-Kia European Technical Centre, with both Hyundai i30 (called Elantra GT in the U.S.) with front, and front and rear end under cammo, confirms us that the South Korean carmaker is preparing a light facelift to his C-segment car.

[ads id=”0″ style=”float:left;padding:9px;”]The second generation i30 was launched in September 2011, at the Frankfurt Motor Show. The i30 was designed and engineered at the Hyundai Motor Europe Technical Centre in Rüsselsheim, Germany and was launched also in South Korea.

Depending on the market, the i30 is available with up to three petrol engines (1.4, 1.6 GDi and 1.8 MPi with 100, 135 and 148 hp) and two diesel CRDi engines (1.4 with 90 hp and 1.6 with 110 and 128 hp). Maybe with this facelift Hyundai will try to add the small turbocharged GDi family engines, with 3 and 4-cylinder.

Looking at the spy shots, in the first pictures we can see a new front grille and bumpers and in the other pictures of the i30 is totally covered, but they allow us to see new alloy wheels design.
