During my trip to SEMA I have found this mysterious Hyundai Creta on the highway towards Las Vegas, followed by a Santa Fe.

Both cars have manufacturer plates from Michigan, so I’m pretty sure they’re test prototypes from South Korean carmaker, sorry for the pictures quality but I have taken while driving.
Apparently there’s not differences between this test mule prototypes and the current models despite the Creta is not available on the US-market and Hyundai were working on a dedicated small SUV for them, but after seeing this spy pictures we are not sure if finally Hyundai defeated the Leonis instead of using a Creta.

Also could be a test mule model for Kia, while we recently read that they’re planing to use the chinese SP SUV which shares the same platform from the Creta, to complete its US SUVs range.
