Kia is recalling more than 100,000 Sorento Rs due to possible damage to the windshield from defective window heaters.
The Korea Consumer Agency on Tuesday said Kia accepted the agency’s recommendation to resolve the problems. The KCA investigated the car after complaints from car owners.
The problem affects 127,438 Sorento Rs produced from April 3, 2009 to Nov. 15, 2012. Owners with damaged windshields can get them replaced for free at service centers nationwide.
