Genesis has officially launched the 2026 Genesis G80 and the 2026 G80 Black, updated versions of its flagship luxury large sedan, for the Korean market. The 2026 G80 has been refined based on customer feedback, focusing on high-satisfaction features while enhancing overall design sophistication. Genesis optimized the standard equipment lineup to deliver greater value and a more premium driving experience.
To reduce driver fatigue and improve comfort, the Ergo Motion Driver’s Seat now comes as standard. Meanwhile, the previously standard Antibacterial Package has been reorganized into the Convenience Package, resulting in a more streamlined and customer-focused configuration.
Simplified Package Structure for Better Convenience
Genesis has also simplified its optional packages. The two existing “Popular Packages” have been consolidated into a single integrated package consisting of:
- Driving Assistance Package I
- Driving Assistance Package II
- Built-in Cam Package
This new structure makes it easier for customers to select advanced safety and convenience features.
Refined Exterior Design and New Color Options
The 2026 Genesis G80 further strengthens the brand’s identity with refined design elements. Two new exterior colors—Vatna Gray and Ceres Blue—have been added, bringing the total number of exterior color options to eight.
Customers can also choose newly designed 19-inch sporty wheels, offering a more dynamic appearance. At the rear, all lettering except the GENESIS emblem has been removed, creating a cleaner and more modern look.
