Kia 2026 carnival launched in korea 2

Kia officially launched the refreshed 2026 Carnival, Korea’s flagship large RV (Recreational Vehicle), on August 18, introducing enhanced convenience features, premium design updates, and new trim options. The model will be available with both gasoline and hybrid powertrains, catering to evolving customer lifestyles and market demands.

Expanded Standard Features Across Trims

The new Carnival strengthens its competitiveness by adding popular convenience features as standard equipment from the base trim upward:

  • Prestige (Base Trim): Now includes a Smart Power Tailgate and an Electronic Rear-View Mirror for enhanced everyday usability.
  • Noblesse (Popular Trim): Equipped with Multi-Zone Voice Recognition, Kia Digital Key 2, and Touch-Type Front Door Handles, offering greater convenience and a connected driving experience.
  • Signature (Upper Trim): Features LED Rear Combination Lamps and Rear LED Turn Signal Lamps, elevating exterior sophistication.

The Multi-Zone Voice Recognition system recognizes commands by seat position (1st and 2nd row, left and right) with the wake-up command “Hey, Kia.” This allows for independent feedback by seat, making it ideal for families—the Carnival’s core customer base.

Premium Options for Enhanced Driving Experience

Starting from the Signature trim, buyers can now select an available BOSE Premium Sound System (12 speakers with external amplifier), delivering a rich sound experience optimized for bass-heavy music genres.

Powertrain Options

The 2026 Carnival will be offered with:
