현대자동차가 오늘 차세대 현대 쏘나타(코드명 LF)의 첫 번째 렌더링과 새로운 정보를 공개했다. 이제 완전히 위장이 벗겨진 전면부의 첫 공식 사진을 소개한다.
새로운 스파이샷에서 2015 쏘나타는 완전한 전면부를 드러내며, 새로운 헤드라이트, 새로운 그릴 및 안개등을 선보인다. 쏘나타 LF의 출시 행사는 2014년 3월 18일로 예정되어 있다. 출시 시에는 두 가지 엔진이 제공될 예정이며, 모두 알려진 2.0 T-GDi와 2.4 Theta II GDi로, 각각 274마력과 201마력을 발휘한다.
두 엔진 모두 6단 수동변속기와, 처음으로 7단 듀얼 클러치 자동변속기 DCT(제네바 모터쇼에서 오늘 데뷔)와 조합된다. 업데이트된 쏘나타 하이브리드 변형과 최초의 플러그인 하이브리드 쏘나타 모델에 대한 소문은 여전히 검토 중이다.

댓글 2개In my opinion that picture above certainly shows a front fascia that looks far superior than the upcoming Genesis sedan - everything is well balanced unlike the Genesis with the oversized nose and protruding bumper. This Sonata shot does appear to have a slight protrusion nonetheless, but not as off-putting - so looking good so far. However, when looking directly at that Sonata from the front end, the headlights (although looking better than the current models`massively stretched design) seem too far apart from the front grill, like having eyes at the side of your head. I guess they can't satisfy everyone.
@Pootin I also feel as though they missed the mark on the Genesis front end. The renders they had shown didn't translate as well as I had hoped. I mean it looks good, but could have been so much more. The Sonata look quite enticing, however I feel it is a little long up front. Also, why don't they just centre the Hyundai logo on the grill? The placement seems odd. Here's hoping overall the Sonata sustained some of its curvature and elegant lines.
