Kia UK has officially announced pricing and full specifications for the refreshed Kia Stonic. Order books are now open from 1 October 2025, with first customer deliveries expected later in Q4 2025. This significant update represents the Stonic’s second major refresh since launch, bringing a bolder look, new technology, and simplified trim levels.

Major Design & Tech Overhaul for 2025

The Kia Stonic first received a light facelift in 2020, introducing the sporty GT-Line and GT-Line S trims. Five years later, the popular B-segment crossover receives a comprehensive redesign inside and out, aligning its styling with Kia’s latest petrol and EV models such as the Picanto and Sportage.

The cabin benefits from new digital displays, enhanced connectivity, and improved driver assistance systems — helping the Stonic remain competitive in the increasingly crowded small crossover segment.

2025 Kia Stonic UK Pricing

The new Stonic range starts from £21,795, making it one of Kia’s most affordable models after the Picanto. A streamlined three-tier trim structure simplifies the line-up:

Engines & Performance

Kia keeps things simple by offering a single 1.0-litre T-GDi petrol engine across all models:

  • Pure trim:
    • 98 bhp, 172 Nm (200 Nm on 7DCT)
    • 0–62 mph in 11 s (6MT) / 12.1 s (7DCT)
    • Top speed: 111 mph
  • GT-Line / GT-Line S trims (with 48-volt mild hybrid):
    • 113 bhp, 172 Nm (6MT) / 200 Nm (7DCT)
    • 0–62 mph in 10.7 s (6MT) / 10.8 s (7DCT)
    • Top speed: 113 mph

All models are front-wheel drive, with the choice between a 6-speed manual or 7-speed dual-clutch automatic (standard on GT-Line S).

Standard Equipment Highlights

Kia has packed the Stonic with an impressive list of standard kit across all trims, including:

  • 12.3-inch touchscreen navigation
  • Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™
  • LED DRLs, fog lights, and gloss black exterior details
  • Cruise control and lane-keeping assist
  • Reversing camera with sensors
  • Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist 1.5
  • 60:40 split-folding rear seats and ample interior storage

This generous specification means the only optional extra is paint — keeping the buying process refreshingly simple.
