The new Carnival powertrain configuration was released prior to its official launch on July 13th. Genesis is currently at their peak after the launch of key models like their first SUV, the GV80, as well as the third generation G80 sedan. But not all are good news, as the GV80 and now the G80 are suffering of some software glitches and engine problems. Hyundai Motor Group has revealed today via digital unboxing “The New Santa Fe” for the South Korean market, that is an updated version of the Santa Fe TM launched two years ago. Despite is a mid-cycle facelift, the new Santa Fe has been overhauled from the chassis, replaced by the new 3rd generation platform that allow one of Hyundai’s best selling SUV to receive a battery of new technologies, as well as a Hybrid variant, and a Plug-in Hybrid variant in the near future.
The flagship G90 luxury sedan will go on sale July 2nd as both a 2021 G90 model year and as a special-edition “Stardust” model. Fifty Stardust editions will be sold in Korea only.(more…)
Several fire incidents about Hyundai’s best seller sedan, the Grandeur, have created some noise overseas but today we want to inquire about to Hyundai Grandeur defects that have made customers to join together and claim to Hyundai, from little things like a dashboard assembly defect to something more worrying like 2.5-liter engine oil leak that could be the cause of the recently fire of the Grandeur pictured above.(more…)
According to Hyundai Motor Sales officials on the 9th of June, and after not receiving new orders for the i30 and Veloster in the South Korean domestic market since May, will continue sales until the inventory runs out but will discontinue both, regular Veloster 1.4 & 1.6 Turbo and i30 N-Line (which is already the only version available).(more…)
