Looking at the pictures, Hyundai has started the development of the “N” performance or hot variants of their upcoming models, starting with the i30 future facelift.
[ads id=”0″ style=”float:left;padding:15px;”]According to our spy photographers, the facelifted Hyundai i30 will include for the first time a sporty variant.
Looking at the pictures we can see the same configuration than a Kia cee’d GT, even with the same wheels (this is probably a test mule testing the new chassis configuration, because it has the same design than the current i30) and two singles exhausts at the rear part. Like in the Kia, probably use the same 1.6 T-GDi with 204 hp.
With the “N” performance Hyundai wants to use WRC career and successes like the latest win in Germany. The car doesn’t showed any changes than the current i30, but is currently testing with camouflage too. Hyundai finally decided to launch this sporty variant to fight with the segment leader, the VW Golf GTI.
